Who is responsible?
AATE OÜ (Estonian registry code 16372376) is the controller for personal data processed in connection with this website and enquiries made directly to the company. Registered address: Saialille tee 13, 74117 Maardu, Harju maakond, Estonia. Contact: aho.augasmagi@gmail.com.
Data we may handle and why
The website contact form is not connected to a submission service. Information entered into it remains in the browser and is not sent to AATE OÜ by the form. If you choose to email or call the company, the information you provide may be handled to respond and continue that conversation.
- Enquiry details: name, email address, optional phone number, message and any information you choose to include. Used to reply, assess the enquiry, and communicate about a possible engagement.
- Business correspondence: details relevant to discussions or an agreement, if one is made. Used to manage the relationship and meet applicable legal obligations.
- Cookie preference: a choice stored in this browser’s localStorage with a timestamp, so the site can remember optional measurement consent or refusal. It is not a browser cookie.
- Optional measurement data: Microsoft Advertising UET campaign measurement data could be processed only if the tag is configured and you give consent. At present, the tag ID is blank, UET is not loaded, and this site makes no UET requests.
Please do not send special-category or other sensitive personal data unless it is genuinely necessary and you have a suitable basis to share it.
Legal bases
Depending on the context, AATE OÜ may rely on these GDPR legal bases:
- Pre-contractual steps or contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)) to consider and respond to a request made directly by email or phone about possible services, or to perform an agreement.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for proportionate business correspondence, maintaining basic records, and protecting or establishing legal claims, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) where applicable law requires business or accounting records to be retained.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for contact details submitted through the contact form if it is connected, and for optional Microsoft Advertising UET advertising and campaign measurement if configured in future. Consent can be withdrawn at any time; use Cookie settings for UET preferences or contact AATE OÜ about an enquiry.
If the contact form is connected in future, its required unticked checkbox will request consent to use the submitted details to respond to the enquiry. The current form is not connected and does not transmit information. For direct email or phone enquiries, the legal basis is pre-contractual steps or legitimate interests, depending on the circumstances.
Retention and service providers
If an enquiry does not lead to a service relationship, enquiry correspondence is normally kept for up to 12 months after the last communication, then deleted unless a longer period is needed for a legal obligation or claim. If a relationship is formed, relevant records are kept for the period needed to manage it and meet applicable legal retention duties. Records needed for a legal claim may be kept for the applicable limitation period.
If needed, service providers acting on AATE OÜ’s instructions may support website hosting, email or communications, information technology, and record keeping. They should receive only information needed for their service and are subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
Microsoft Advertising, if configured later
Microsoft Advertising UET is not currently configured: the tag ID in this site is blank, no UET script is loaded, and no UET or MUID cookies are currently set by the site. If UET is configured in future, it will be loaded only after you have given optional advertising and measurement consent. Microsoft may then receive online identifiers, device or browser information, and events used for campaign measurement, as described in Microsoft’s own privacy information.
Consent is the legal basis for this optional processing. You can change your choice using Cookie settings. Microsoft Corporation is listed as an active participant in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. A transfer to the United States will rely on that framework only where the relevant recipient and data are covered; otherwise, an appropriate transfer safeguard will be used where required. See Microsoft’s Data Privacy Framework record ↗ and its Privacy Statement ↗.
Your rights
Subject to conditions and exceptions in data protection law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, or restrict personal data; object to processing based on legitimate interests; receive portable data where applicable; and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may also complain to a supervisory authority.
To make a request, write to aho.augasmagi@gmail.com. AATE OÜ may need to confirm your identity and will respond within the time required by law.
You may lodge a complaint with Estonia’s supervisory authority, the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) ↗, or with another competent authority where you live or work. The Inspectorate can be contacted at Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia; info@aki.ee; +372 627 4135.
